Furnished flat - Lyon Perrache

In the heart of Lyon's 2^nd District (69002), the Perrache neighborhood is symbolized by the eponymous train station that has itself long been the symbol of railway traffic in Lyon. Today largely replaced by the Part-Dieu train station, Perrache has become the hub of Lyon's public transport network, with subway line A connecting with tramway lines T1 and T2 and TCL bus lines. The station, whose classical architecture opened directly onto Place Carnot, from which it was separated by a tree-lined walkway perfect for leisurely strolls, was transformed into a vast roadway interchange in the 1970s, with the A6 Freeway entering (and exiting) the Fourviere Tunnel and connections to urban transport lines.
