Appart'Ambiance goes all out to make your stay in Lyon a pleasurable experience.

Appart'Ambiance makes it easy to book your accommodation, with reservation by online booking forms, e-mail, telephone or fax.

Your booking is confirmed by e-mail, and you are sent photos of the flat you have rented as well as directions on how to get there.

Welcome

To help you get settled in, Appart'Ambiance greets you at the flat to give you a tour of the accommodation.

In your apartment, you will find a map of Lyon and an Internet connection to organize your time and leisure activities as you wish.

Telephone hotline

Thanks to our telephone hotline, Appart'Ambiance is at your disposal to help you get settled in and, if necessary, even come to your apartment.

Furnishings

Every apartment features a full range of home appliances that are regularly checked and serviced.

Our rental rates include television, Internet access and water and electricity consumption.

Some apartments have their own private parking space.

Household linens

Bed sheets and towels are provided and changed every week.

Housekeeping

Our rental rates include end-of-stay housekeeping for stays of 14 nights or less.

Checkout

To help you save time, nothing could be easier. Simply drop the keys off in the apartment's mailbox. An Appart'Ambiance staff member will pick them up on the same day.
