Terms of rental

Booking

We will confirm the availability upon reception of your request.

Appart'Ambiance will confirm your booking by e-mail.

For a definite reservation, we require a deposit by bank transfer or by a check payable in euros payable France or to pay on line by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Payment

The stay will be payed in full the day of arrival.

For a stay longer than one month, the payment will be monthly.

Guarantee

When given the keys by Appart'Ambiance, you will be required to give a guarantee by cash, by check or by credit card. This amount of money will be return to you by Appart'Ambiance at the end of your stay after inventory of fixtures.

Tenant's cancellation insurance

With Appart'Ambiance and  Adar, your holidays can be care-free.
